This LEED project for the USFS was completed for the site civil work in 2007 with the Visitors Center under construction in 2008. The Town of Truckee Corporation Yard portion is currently in design and will begin construction in 2009. Gary Davis Group separately contracted for the site civil design with each agency over different time periods. Plans and Specifications for this green field 86 acre site included design for a roundabout for Donner Pass Road, off site water and sewer main improvements, coordination with: CalTrans; Truckee Sanitary District; Tahoe Donner Public Utility District; and the Lahontan State Water Quality Control Board.
