Gary Davis Group gives to the community despite the down economy!

GDG has been consistently providing architecture, engineering and permit processing services to the community despite challenging economic times. In the past few years, GDG has designed, engineered and/or permitted the following:

* Rideout Elementary Kitchen Renovation – Tahoe City
* Truckee-Donner Railroad Society Museum - Truckee
* NLTHS Playhouse - North Tahoe High School

Doug Gadow, SE provides structural investigation to Incline Village’s fire department.

Fire Station #11 has experienced a failure in the concrete slab beneath their fire engines. Doug Gadow, one of only a few Structural Engineers in the Tahoe Basin, provides investigative services to understand the fire station’s problematic concrete. 50th Anniversary
GDG along with WILL BRUDER+PARTNERS ARCHITECTS and AMS RESEARCH & PLANNING has been selected to provide site feasibility services, conceptual architectural design, architectural programming, and museum planning services for the proposed SQUAW VALLEY OLYMPIC MUSEUM slated to open in 2012.

TRPA Award
GDG’s civil engineers received formal kudos from the TRPA. Their work on TAHOE CITY’S HISTORIC FISH HATCHERY (UC Davis, owner) garnered them GDG’s 2nd TRPA BEST-IN-BASIN award. Nice work, guys!!
