New custom home in Crystal Bay, Nevada. This 5500 square foot wood and steel framed home was engineered to incorporate some very old large timbers that were recycled from a warehouse building in the northwest. Due to TRPA constraints for coverage and slope the building required creative approaches to provide the desired program.
